Role Description The Hospitality Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi with a compensation of up to INR 36,000 per month. The Hospitality Trainer will deliver structured training sessions on hospitality operations, customer service, front office, and food & beverage standards to youth from diverse backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson schedules, preparing training materials, conducting interactive classroom and practical sessions, and assessing learner performance through assignments and evaluations.



The role involves mentoring learners on workplace behavior, grooming, and communication skills, and providing guidance to help them transition into hospitality jobs. The Hospitality Trainer will collaborate with center staff to maintain training quality, track outcomes, and support placement activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Training and Hospitality Consulting to design, deliver, and improve hospitality-focused training programs.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Front Office skills to teach guest handling, reservations, check-in/out processes, and skilled communication.
• Candidates should possess practical Food & Beverage skills to train learners in service standards, order taking, table setting, and basic hygiene practices.
• Relevant experience in hotels, resorts, quick service restaurants, or hospitality training centers is highly beneficial.
• Good command of English and local language, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to first-generation learners.
• Minimum graduate degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field; formal trainer certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to use basic digital tools (MS Office, online content, presentations) for training and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and willingness to work with youth from underserved communities.
