Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor role is a full time, on-site position in Bengaluru. The counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a professional and supportive experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions, conducting counseling sessions, explaining program offerings, and evaluating applicant suitability. The role also involves coordinating with academic and marketing teams, participating in events and outreach activities, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, and meeting enrolment targets while upholding institutional standards and ethics. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills for engaging with diverse prospective learners and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide guidance, respond to inquiries,



and ensure a positive admissions experience.
• Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to convert qualified leads, manage follow-ups, and meet admissions and enrolment goals.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of the Education sector and academic programs to accurately represent MBA-ESG offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Prior experience in admissions, counseling, education sales, or related roles, preferably in higher education.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or admissions management tools, with comfort in using digital communication platforms. Location
