Job Summary We are looking for a Manual Testing Engineer with strong experience in mobile application testing and Retail/Loyalty domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in testing Android and iOS applications, loyalty programs, rewards management, and end-to-end business workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing of Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Validate loyalty programs, rewards management, and customer engagement features.
• Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, report, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Perform functional and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure quality delivery. Mandatory Skills




• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Robust experience in Mobile Application Testing on Android and iOS platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Retail / Loyalty domain testing.
• Experience in testing loyalty programs, rewards management, and customer engagement features.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
