Role Description The Engineer Projects role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects related to Greenlam’s surfacing solutions, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing project plans and schedules, reviewing drawings and technical documents, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors,



and monitoring project progress against milestones. The position involves overseeing installation and commissioning activities, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Engineer Projects will also support continuous improvement initiatives, provide regular status reports, and contribute to optimizing project workflows and resource utilization. Qualifications
• Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to manage technical aspects of projects and ensure safe, efficient designs and installations.
• Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation across multiple projects.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders, and to prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or building materials projects; exposure to surfacing solutions or interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and relevant engineering software; familiarity with safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to work in office, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
