• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates.
• Understand different employment types and work arrangements in the US staffing industry.



Required Skills
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Positive verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Basic understanding of US visa terms such as H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card (GC), and US Citizen.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and job portals like Dice and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Must be comfortable working in US night shifts.
