Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have robust creative and technical skills in Interior Design and be able to develop functional and aesthetically appealing designs based on client requirements. The candidate will handle space planning, interior layouts, material selection, design presentations, and coordination with clients, vendors, and execution teams to ensure projects are completed as per the approved design.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand client requirements, preferences, budget,



and design expectations.
* Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and furniture layouts.
* Prepare detailed 2D interior drawings and working drawings.
* Create mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
* Select furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, colours, and accessories.
* Prepare 3D views/renderings to present design concepts to clients.
* Coordinate with clients and incorporate design feedback.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and interior execution teams.
* Conduct site visits and monitor implementation of approved interior designs.
* Prepare material specifications, BOQs/cost estimates, and project schedules.
* Ensure projects are delivered according to approved designs, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Arch. or B.Des or Diploma

- 3- 5 years of experience in related field

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Canva, Sketchup and Microsoft Office suite

- Strong creative and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to execute.
