Role Description This is a full-time, in office position for a Site Supervisor at Bvl Building Solutions, located in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction and installation sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising workforce activities, conducting quality control inspections, coordinating with project managers and clients, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and resolving on-site challenges efficiently.



The role also involves preparing and monitoring project schedules and ensuring proper use of materials and resources on-site. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and safety regulations
• Project scheduling, resource allocation, and time management skills
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Physical fitness to work on construction sites and monitor tasks as required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in the installation of uPVC windows and doors is an advantage
• Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools
