Urban Money is present in 100+ locations across India, facilitating home loans for a diverse customer base. Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support Urban Money’s growth and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring cash flows, preparing financial reports, analyzing key financial metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. The Finance Manager collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize revenue, manage costs, and support strategic decision-making.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with financial partners, improving internal controls, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring, including variance analysis and cost control.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial compliance, and internal control frameworks relevant to the financial services sector.
• Experience with financial modeling and use of spreadsheets and financial software to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present financial information clearly.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a qualified certification such as CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is an advantage.
• Experience in banking, lending, or financial services, preferably in roles involving loan products or advisory services, is highly beneficial.
