Role Description: We are seeking to hire a Senior Design Architect who can lead the entire life cycle of project design from conceptualization to project hand over. This is a full time position based in South Mumbai which involves preparing Architectural Designs and developing them after coordinating with MEP & Structural Engineers and Interior Designer. The position shall include overseeing the preparation of detailed construction drawings, participating in design reviews, and resolving design-related issues during project execution. The Senior Design Architect will also engage in client presentations, mentor junior team members, and help maintain design quality and consistency across projects. THIS IS A LEAD POSITION JOB.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven track record in leading design for complex projects.
• Experience in Sports,



Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Transportation, and other Public Projects is essential.
• Demonstrated capability in overseeing large teams.
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills are mandatory for this position.
• Advanced Presentation skills including oratory and graphics.
