Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced One Identity IGA Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in One Identity solutions, identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and access certification processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting identity governance solutions to ensure secure and compliant access management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, implement, and support One Identity IGA solutions.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML).
• Configure identity provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
• Implement and manage access request, approval, and certification processes.
• Configure and maintain identity policies, roles, entitlements, and access controls.
• Integrate One Identity with enterprise applications, directories, and systems.
• Support Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity repositories integrations.
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, access issues, and workflow-related problems.
• Develop and maintain workflows, rules, scripts, and connectors as required.




• Support access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Participate in incident management, production support, and technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with One Identity IGA solutions.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration concepts.
• Experience in identity lifecycle management and access provisioning.
• Knowledge of access requests, approvals, certifications, and role management.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise application integrations.
• Understanding of IAM workflows, policies, and entitlement management.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues.
• Knowledge of scripting such as PowerShell, SQL, or other relevant scripting languages.
• Good understanding of security, access control, and compliance concepts.
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with One Identity Manager.
• Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise application integrations.
• Understanding of RBAC, SoD, and access governance frameworks.
• Experience in IAM implementation, enhancement, and production support.
