Remote Shift: General Shift Employment Type: Contractual Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in X++, MorphX, and Dynamics AX technical development. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end AX implementation projects, technical design, customization, development, testing, deployment, upgrades, and production support. The candidate should possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of ERP business processes, and the ability to interact effectively with clients, functional consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end Dynamics AX implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and customize AX components, including Tables, Classes, Forms, Queries, Views, List Pages, Reports, and Workflows.
• Prepare technical design documents and follow development standards.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Support AX version upgrades, cumulative updates, and system enhancements.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
• Provide technical support and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Technical Skills 1. Microsoft Dynamics AX Development
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Development.
• Expertise in X++ and MorphX development.
• Experience developing and customizing Tables, Classes, Forms, Queries, Views, and List Pages.




• Valuable understanding of AX Architecture, Models, and Model Store.
• Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and version upgrades.
• Knowledge of source control and version control systems. 2. Database & Reporting
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in developing and supporting SSRS Reports. 3. Integration & Microsoft Technologies
• Hands-on knowledge of WCF, IIS, and AIF (Application Integration Framework).
• Experience in Workflow development.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Enterprise Portal.
• Exposure to .
NET technologies is an added advantage. 4. Functional & ERP Knowledge
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and Microsoft Dynamics AX modules.
• Working knowledge of business processes across:
• Finance
• Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Procurement / Purchasing
• Sales
• Logistics
• Retail Experience Requirements
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Development.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Dynamics AX implementation projects.
• Strong experience in technical solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Exposure to AX upgrade and migration projects is preferred.
• Experience working with clients and cross-functional project teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations.
• Exposure to Azure, system integrations, and modern Microsoft technologies.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be an added advantage. Required Soft Skills
