Responsibilities:
Manage the complete procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO). Identify, evaluate, and develop recent domestic and international suppliers. Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize vendors. Ensure timely procurement of materials to support production, sales, and service requirements. Coordinate with suppliers regarding manufacturing schedules, dispatch, and delivery timelines.



Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse and quality teams for material receipt and inspection. Resolve issues related to shortages, quality concerns, damaged materials, and supplier claims. Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, quotations, and vendor databases. Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages. Work closely with Sales, Production, Service, R&D;, and Finance teams to understand purchasing requirements. Evaluate supplier performance based on pricing, quality, lead time, and service. Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation. Required Key

Skills:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas). Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software. Understanding of electronic components, drone parts, batteries, connectors, communication equipment, and industrial products. Ability to compare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
