Green Aero Propulsion is hiring military veterans for roles across supply chain, operations, engineering (drones and jet engines), and team leadership. We're building indigenous jet engines and transonic drone platforms for the Indian defence sector. • You've served in the Indian Armed Forces (any branch, any rank).
• You understand urgency, accountability, and execution. No "that's not in my

job description
" mentality.
• You're comfortable with startup chaos: changing priorities, long hours, zero bureaucracy, and the constant pressure to move faster.
• You're genuinely interested in building world-class systems, not just maintaining what's already there. Roles we're filling
• Supply Chain & Operations: Own procurement, vendor management, facility operations, import/export compliance. Get critical parts on time, every time. Build processes that scale.
• Engineering (Drone/Airframe): Design, integrate, and test airframe and flight systems. Take ideas from the whiteboard to a flying platform.
• Engineering (Jet Engines): Work on turbojet design, turbomachinery, combustion systems, engine control. Build propulsion systems that actually work.
• Embedded & Avionics: Write firmware for flight control and engine management. Design electronics that survive high-vibration, high-temperature environments. Build the brain of the platform.
• Team Leadership: Lead engineers, manage programs,



keep teams moving in sync. Scale from startup mode to real production. What we'll offer
