Experience:
2–8 years PQE

Location:
Mumbai Joining: Within 15 days Experience Required: This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Lawyer role based in Mumbai.
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.
B) from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
• High Court litigation




• Supreme Court matters
• NCLT & NCLAT matters
• Lower Court proceedings
• Commercial and corporate litigation Key

Skills:
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Valuable written and verbal communication skills
• Sound legal research and analytical abilities
• Experience in appearances before Courts and Tribunals
• Ability to independently handle matters and coordinate with Senior Counsel
• Good case management and client coordination skills
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, work under time-sensitive deadlines, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external counsel.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics, and client-focused approach; familiarity with Indian procedural and substantive laws.
