Working Hours
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekly Off: Friday & Saturday StarZen is looking for a CV Sourcer to join our team in Gurugram. Important: This is a dedicated CV Sourcing role, NOT an end-to-end Recruiter position.

Key Responsibilities
• Source relevant candidate profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Search and identify candidates based on assigned

Job Description
s (JDs) and mandatory skill requirements.
• Conduct keyword-based searches and Boolean searches to identify suitable CVs.
• Review and screen resumes for relevant skills, experience, and technical exposure.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidate profiles.
• Share relevant and shortlisted CVs with the recruitment team.
• Ensure quality and relevance of profiles against given hiring requirements. Requirements
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in CV Sourcing / Profile Sourcing.
• Experience in IT/Technical CV sourcing is preferred.




• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Understanding of technical skills, keywords, and

• Valuable research, searching, and resume-screening skills. Role Clarification This position is exclusively focused on CV sourcing and profile identification. It does not involve:
• End-to-end recruitment.
• Interview scheduling or coordination.
• Candidate follow-ups and offer negotiations.
• Offer management or closure responsibilities.
