Location:
• Gurugram, Haryana – Office-based for the first 6 months
• Raipur, Chhattisgarh – Manufacturing plant, after 6 months Candidates must be willing to relocate to Raipur. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ? 1. PRODUCTION HEAD (Competent Technical Staff for Manufacturing – Rule 22(ii), MDR 2017) Qualification &

Experience:
• Degree in Engineering (relevant branch) / Pharmacy / Science + min. 2 years in manufacturing or testing of medical devices OR
• Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy + min. 4 years

Responsibilities:
• Plan and run IOL production as per SOPs, BMRs and GMP
• Maintain clean-room conditions
• Preventive maintenance and calibration of machines
• Handle deviations, root-cause analysis and CAPA
• Train and supervise operators
• Support licensing inspections and audits ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ? 2. QA-QC MANAGER & MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Competent Technical Staff for Testing – Rule 22(iii), MDR 2017 | MR – ISO 13485) Qualification &

Experience:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (relevant branch) / Pharmacy / Science




• Min. 2 years in testing of medical devices
• ISO 13485 training – mandatory

Responsibilities:
• Test raw materials, in-process and finished IOLs (power, MTF, dimensions, surface)
• Review batch records and approve product release
• Maintain QMS: SOPs, CAPA, change control, complaints
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews
• Handle CDSCO / SLA and notified body audits Preferred: Knowledge of ISO 11979, ISO 14971 and MDR 2017; IOL/ophthalmic experience ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ?
