Procurement Coordinator (Fresher) – Urgent Buys & Expediting Kochi, Kerala | Full-time, On-site The role You’ll support urgent and short-notice purchases from request to delivery. Freshers are welcome. We’ll train you on the job. What you’ll do
• Take urgent material requests from site and engineering teams
• Contact vendors and collect quotes
• Prepare simple quote comparisons in Excel
• Help prepare POs and follow up for approvals
• Follow up with vendors until material is delivered
• Coordinate deliveries with site and stores
• Keep vendor contacts and order records updated What we’re looking for
• Freshers welcome. Diploma or degree in any field; Mechanical is a plus
• Candidates based in Kochi/Ernakulam only
• Own two-wheeler preferred
• Basic Excel skills
• Positive communication in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus
• Confident speaking to vendors on the phone
• Organized, quick to respond, and good at following up
