Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of experience who has strong expertise in LLM SEO / GEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, and SEO Content Writing. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, leads, conversions, and visibility across traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Content SEO, and LLM SEO/GEO.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, search-intent research, and content-gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website pages including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, image alt text, content structure, keyword targeting, and schema/structured data.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and identify technical and content-related issues affecting search performance.
• Plan and implement topic clusters, content silos, topical authority, and semantic SEO strategies.
• Create, write, optimize, and update SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, service/product pages, FAQs, guides, comparison pages, and other website content based on search intent and SEO best practices.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies, including competitor backlink analysis, guest posting, outreach, digital PR, and relevant backlink acquisition.
• Monitor and improve the website's backlink profile, referring domains, domain relevance, and overall authority.
• Implement LLM SEO / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve brand visibility and mentions across AI-powered platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity,



and other LLM-based search experiences.
• Optimize content for AI search, conversational queries, entity relevance, semantic search, topical authority, and AI-generated answers/citations.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI search and LLM optimization and identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility.
• Use SEO and analytics tools to monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, backlinks, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
• Analyze SEO data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously test, measure, and improve SEO strategies based on performance, algorithm updates, SERP changes, and user behavior.
• Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations and achieve business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Content SEO, Keyword Research, and Link Building.
• Hands-on understanding of LLM SEO / GEO / AI Search Optimization.
• Strong SEO content writing and content optimization skills.
• Good understanding of search intent, SERPs, topical authority, semantic SEO, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI/LLM platforms.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of SEO projects, and deliver measurable results. Preferred Candidate
