We combine innovation, style, and functionality to empower athletes at every level. Role Overview We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. This role is focused on driving revenue through digital channels, building a strong brand presence, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and revenue growth through digital channels
• Manage and optimize the company website for conversions
• Handle and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Collaborate with and manage influencers and brand partnerships




• Identify trends and create high-performing content strategies
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve campaign ROI Key Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads
• Robust understanding of content trends and digital growth strategies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and execute quickly
• Passion for sports and fitness (preferred) Other Important Details

• Working Days: 6 days / week (Sunday Off)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Compensation: 22,000 / month + 1% of total digital Sales
