Role Description As a 3D Visualizer at NIV Interiors, you will create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for interior design concepts and client presentations. Your day-to-day work includes building detailed 3D models, applying materials and textures, setting up lighting and cameras, and producing photorealistic images and walkthroughs. You will also collaborate with designers to interpret drawings and mood boards,



revise visuals based on feedback, and prepare 2D drawings. This is an onsite role in Surat with immediate joining. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D visualization and rendering Working knowledge of SketchUp and 3ds Max Proficiency in V-Ray and D5 Render AutoCAD knowledge for 2D drawings Solid lighting skills (shadows, reflections, ambiance) Ability to read floor plans, elevations and technical drawings Portfolio of previous work is required Own laptop suitable for 3D modeling and rendering Education in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field is preferred Attention to detail, time management and teamwork Compensation: Paid
