Role Description This full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Silchar, with some flexibility for work from home. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s products in the mining and metals market. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating marketing activities, and tracking sales performance against targets.



The role will involve providing responsive customer service, supporting training or product demonstrations for clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build relationships, and address inquiries effectively.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in Training, especially in explaining product features and conducting client or internal sessions.
• Background in sales or marketing within industrial, manufacturing, or metals sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and willingness to work from the Silchar location as required.
• Robust organizational, negotiation, and basic data analysis skills to support planning and reporting.
