We are seeking an experienced Moveworks Advisory Lead with strong expertise in Moveworks, ServiceNow, and Solution Architecture. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable AI-powered employee experiences, lead technical architecture and enterprise integrations, and drive automation and orchestration initiatives. • Design and architect scalable solutions using Moveworks and ServiceNow.
• Lead technical architecture, solution design, and implementation across the Moveworks and ServiceNow platforms.
• Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Drive workflow automation, orchestration, and AI-powered employee service experiences.
• Design, develop, and optimize conversational AI agents, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Improve conversational AI experiences, including contextual understanding, response accuracy, and user experience.
• Assess existing systems and recommend modernization, automation, and platform optimization strategies.
• Define technical standards,



architecture guidelines, and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered agents, automation workflows, and orchestration solutions.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to optimize conversational AI experiences and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
