MBA / PGDM or equivalent ⏳ Joining: Immediate to 15 Days We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, employee offboarding, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end employee and contractor offboarding, including bulk offboarding.
• Handle Full & Final (FNF) settlements accurately and on time.
• Validate and process payroll inputs in coordination with payroll teams.
• Manage employee benefits, including medical insurance, term life, gratuity, meal and gift cards.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams to ensure 100% NOC completion.
• Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and Agentic AI initiatives.




• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll, ISO, and HR process audits.
• Resolve employee queries related to payroll, exits, and benefits. Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience handling bulk HR operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Skills:
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and automation tools.
• Exposure to Power BI, dashboards, and reporting.
• Understanding of Agentic AI and workflow automation.
