Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Nungambakkam. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end lead generation activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting solution proposals,



and coordinating with technical teams to align offerings with client requirements. The role also involves managing existing accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, tracking market trends, and reporting on sales performance to support strategic planning and revenue growth. Qualifications
• Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills for identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects.
• Business acumen and Account Management experience to manage client relationships and drive sustainable revenue.
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities, to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cyber security solutions, and system integration services is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology or consulting sectors.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
