About the Job Apeejay Education Society is seeking an AI Coordinator to plan, implement, and monitor AI education programmes across its schools. The role focuses on curriculum development for Grades 6–12, overseeing AI trainer delivery, assessing student progression, coordinating school-level operations, organising AI initiatives, and preparing progress reports for senior leadership. The ideal candidate should combine strong AI knowledge with curriculum development, academic programme management, instructional quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities:
AI Curriculum & Content Development
• Plan the annual K–12 AI curriculum roadmap, with age-appropriate learning modules, session plans, projects, and assessments for Grades 6–12.
• Regularly review and update curriculum content to incorporate emerging AI technologies, Generative AI, AI agents, coding, and responsible AI practices.



Programme Implementation & Trainer Quality
• Oversee curriculum implementation across participating schools, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and academic schedules.
• Monitor AI trainer preparedness, instructional delivery, classroom engagement, and adherence to approved session plans.
• Conduct classroom observations, provide structured feedback to trainers, and recommend improvements to enhance programme quality. Student Progression & Learning Outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate students' AI competencies through assessments, practical projects, learning rubrics, and participation.
• Identify learning gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen student engagement and learning outcomes. School Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with school principals, academic coordinators, teachers, and trainers to ensure smooth programme implementation.
• Manage school-wise academic calendars, session schedules, programme milestones, and operational requirements.
• Address implementation challenges and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders. AI Events & Engagement
• Plan and coordinate intra-school and inter-school AI competitions, innovation challenges, workshops, and student project showcases. Monitoring & Management Reporting
• Maintain school-wise programme trackers, dashboards, and progress documentation.
• Prepare accurate, analytical, and board-ready reports covering curriculum implementation, student progression,



programme achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Key Competencies / Skills
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and emerging AI technologies.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and relevant educational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code development, basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AI-agent platforms, and digital content creation tools.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, project-based learning, and student assessment methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate trainer delivery, conduct classroom observations, and provide constructive instructional feedback.
• Robust programme management, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, data analysis, and management reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of responsible AI and student digital safety. Qualification &

Experience:
• B.
Tech (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline) OR MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
• Additional certifications in AI, Generative AI, or instructional design will be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in K–12 AI/EdTech programme management, curriculum development, academic coordination, or instructional quality assurance preferred.
• Experience working with schools, coordinating teachers/trainers, and managing academic programme implementation will be an advantage.
