• Be Accountable Role: Information Security Engineer – Security Awareness Program Overview: The Information Security Engineer – Security Awareness Program will be responsible for managing and executing the organization’s Security Awareness Program. The role will drive consistent delivery of security awareness initiatives, phishing simulations, employee training, communications, metrics and reporting to strengthen security awareness and promote secure behaviors across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day execution of the enterprise Security Awareness Program.




• Develop and maintain the annual security awareness calendar, including campaigns, communications, training and phishing simulations.
• Coordinate awareness activities with Information Security, BISO, Communications, Compliance and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure awareness content and phishing scenarios remains relevant to emerging threats, organizational risks and employee responsibilities.
• Track program activities, dependencies, issues and action items to ensure timely execution.
• Plan and execute targeted security awareness campaigns covering topics such as phishing, social engineering, password security, data protection, AI security, secure remote working, and emerging security risks.
• Develop or coordinate employee-facing awareness materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, security tips and other communications.
• Support targeted campaigns for higher-risk employee populations and coordinate follow-up training and awareness activities.
• Analyze simulation results to identify behavioral risk patterns and areas requiring additional education.
• Work with stakeholders to develop or deliver targeted security training for specific roles, business units, or risk areas.
• Support onboarding security awareness activities for new employees and contractors.
• Maintain program KPIs and KRIs, develop dashboards, periodic reports for BISO and Information Security leadership.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on awareness and behavioral security data.

Qualifications:
• Experience in Information Security, Security Awareness, Cybersecurity Training, Security Governance or a related field.
• Practical experience managing or supporting enterprise security awareness programs.
• Experience conducting phishing simulations and analyzing campaign results.
• Understanding of common cybersecurity threats, including phishing, social engineering, credential theft, data leakage and emerging cyber risks.




• Experience coordinating security training and awareness campaigns across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Solid analytical skills with experience developing metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with security awareness and phishing simulation platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISO 27001.
• Relevant security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent are advantageous.
