Experience & Salary1. Fresher – 1 Year
•

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales and student counselling. 2. Experienced – 3 to 5 Years
•

Salary:
₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
• Experience in Academic Counselling / EdTech Sales / Education Sales.
• Preference for candidates from the Degree Vertical (Online/Distance Education).
• Solid admission conversion and target achievement record.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students through company-provided leads.




• Understand students' academic and career requirements.
• Counsel students on suitable online and distance learning programmes.
• Explain course details, university options, and admission procedures.
• Convert prospective leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain lead records and update the CRM system. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good follow-up and lead management skills.
