Role Overview: As the Director or Senior Director of Operations for Medical Coding, you will spearhead the delivery strategy and operational excellence for large-scale coding portfolios. You will act as the primary bridge between global clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring that service level agreements are met while driving continuous improvement in accuracy and turnaround times. This role involves leading a high-performing leadership team, managing complex revenue cycles, and championing the integration of automation to transform traditional coding workflows into high-velocity, tech-enabled processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale medical coding delivery operations, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to compliance standards for global healthcare clients.
- Drive revenue management initiatives by optimizing coding accuracy and reducing denial rates to improve the financial health of client accounts.
- Oversee quality operations by implementing robust audit frameworks and feedback loops that maintain industry-leading accuracy levels.
- Manage high-stakes client relationships, serving as the strategic point of contact to ensure alignment on business goals and operational performance.
- Spearhead process excellence and automation projects,



identifying bottlenecks in coding workflows and deploying digital solutions to enhance productivity.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of operational leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and operational rigor. Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Medical Coding operations with a focus on revenue cycle optimization and delivery management.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-site operations with 18 to 24 years of relevant experience in the healthcare BPO or RCM industry.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex client expectations and influence senior leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset to leverage data-driven insights for process improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in driving automation and digital transformation initiatives within operational environments to scale delivery capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading large teams in a hybrid work workplace across Chennai and Bangalore.
- A post-graduate degree or professional certification in healthcare management or business administration is preferred.
