Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and present high-quality Continental dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Develop and execute menus, recipes, and recent culinary concepts.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage kitchen operations, food preparation, and service coordination.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, portion control, and wastage.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with FSSAI guidelines and company standards.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Continental cuisine.




• Strong expertise in Continental food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Excellent knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate kitchen teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
