Udupi, Karnataka Work mode: Full time, on campus Indicative compensation: ₹1.5 lakh per month; final package subject to confirmation Reports to: Director of Projects We are seeking a senior leader to oversee an Ayurveda hospital, college, pharmacy and research centre, bringing together patient care, academic quality, research and sustainable institutional growth.

Key responsibilities
• Lead institutional strategy, annual plans and performance across all four units.
• Improve hospital operations, patient experience, academic delivery and student development.
• Oversee pharmacy quality, research governance and compliance through qualified unit heads.
• Manage budgets, people, infrastructure and operational efficiency.
• Drive digital systems, management dashboards and continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships with healthcare, academic, research and community stakeholders. Candidate profile




• A doctor or management graduate with relevant senior leadership experience. A relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• Leadership experience in healthcare, higher education, Ayurveda, integrative health or a comparable complex service organisation.
• Robust capability in operations, finance, people management, stakeholder engagement and organisational change.
• Working understanding of clinical quality, academic standards, pharmacy operations and research governance.
