Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Upwork Bidder role based in the Mohali district. The team member will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, drafting tailored proposals, and following up with potential clients to convert leads into projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with the technical and marketing teams to understand service offerings, preparing accurate project estimates, and maintaining records of bids and client interactions. The role also involves managing client communication, responding to queries promptly and professionally, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to project onboarding and documentation.



Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive proposals and handle client interactions professionally.
• Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage bids, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
• Basic Accounting or numeracy skills to help prepare and review project budgets, quotations, and financial details for proposals.
• Familiarity with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms, including project search, bidding strategies, and client follow-up workflows.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document editors, project management software).
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage time effectively, and handle multiple bids and client conversations concurrently.
• Preferred: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or online bidding.
