Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate tenders in Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
• Prepare and submit pre-bid queries seeking technical and commercial clarifications.
• Obtain approvals and preparation of EMD, POA and other bid documents.
• Structure technical proposals in line with scoring matrices to maximize marks under QCBS tenders.
• Align past project credentials with evaluation parameters to enhance technical scoring.
• Handle PSU and private sector bids through GeM and other portals.
• Prepare post-bid clarifications and justifications in response to technical and commercial queries raised by evaluation committees.
Experience:
3-5 + years in Bid preparation Education Candidate should be any Graduate or preference B.
Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil etc.
