Role Description This is a full time, on-site Current Account Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying and acquiring new current account customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with businesses, and explaining product features, benefits, and pricing clearly. The Executive will conduct regular market visits, follow up on leads, and ensure timely onboarding and documentation in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for smooth account opening,



monitoring customer activity, and providing ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The role also requires preparing basic reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity. Qualifications
• Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service and communication skills, with the capacity to explain banking products clearly and respond to customer queries effectively.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and compliance, especially related to current accounts and documentation.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools for reporting, tracking leads, and maintaining customer records.
• Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage field activities, and meet defined sales and quality targets.
