Role Description The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Day-to-day tasks include preparing learning materials, leading classroom instruction, facilitating play-based learning, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining a positive, safe classroom environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with families about each child’s development and collaborate with colleagues on curriculum implementation and school events. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Narsingi, requiring consistent classroom presence and active participation in school routines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and training in Early Childhood Education to support holistic child development.
• Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Kindergarten or preschool-age children in a classroom setting.
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Ability to create an inclusive, child-centered environment and manage classroom behavior positively.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
