Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The individual in this role will assess, diagnose, and treat clients with speech, language, and communication disorders, providing evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, designing and implementing treatment programs, monitoring progress, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers. The Speech Language Pathologist will also educate clients and families on techniques to support communication, swallowing,



and language development, and participate in case reviews and quality improvement activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
• Candidates should possess expertise in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Candidates should possess clinical skills in assessing and treating Dysphagia.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Experience working with diverse age groups in clinical, hospital, or educational settings is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
