Role Description The Collection Officer role at Khushbu Auto Finance Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Anand. The role involves managing and following up on overdue accounts, contacting customers through phone calls and in-person visits, and arranging repayment plans in line with company policies. The Collection Officer maintains accurate records of interactions, payment commitments, and collection status in internal systems. The role includes coordinating with the finance and operations teams,



resolving customer queries related to repayments, and escalating complex cases when needed. The Collection Officer is also expected to adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, maintain professional conduct, and contribute to minimizing delinquency levels. Qualifications
• Strong Debt Collection skills, including follow-up, negotiation, and repayment planning.
• Analytical skills to assess account status, identify risks, and prioritize collection efforts.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to handle queries, build rapport, and manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to loans, EMIs, and interest calculations.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work with collection or CRM software.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in collections, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is an advantage.
• Comfort with fieldwork in and around Anand and familiarity with local language(s).
