Role Description: The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for ZyppShip. This role involves researching potential clients, building targeted prospect lists, and initiating contact through calls, emails, and online channels. The specialist will nurture leads, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools. Daily tasks include tracking lead performance, collaborating with sales and marketing,



and refining outreach strategies to increase conversion rates. The role also requires clear communication of ZyppShip’s courier services, pricing, and value proposition to prospective customers.

Qualifications:
• Solid skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads through multiple channels.
• Effective Communication abilities for engaging prospects and collaborating with internal teams.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience in qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline.
• Research skills for analyzing markets, industries, and potential client profiles.
• Comfort with remote work, including self-management and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM or lead management tools and basic office productivity software.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or B2B services is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
