Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Associate role based in Kochi. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and current students, families, and partners to understand their accommodation needs and recommend suitable housing options. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations (in person, via phone, and online), presenting housing solutions, and guiding customers through the booking process.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, meeting conversion and revenue targets, and coordinating with operations and support teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience. The Sales Associate will contribute to local marketing initiatives, support relationship-building with educational partners, and provide feedback to improve services and student experience. Qualifications
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to convert leads into bookings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, including clear spoken and written English.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, basic office tools, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple inquiries, and meet targets with attention to detail.
• Knowledge or interest in international education, student housing, or real estate is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly valued.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and occasionally adjust

working hours
to support different time zones.
