• Attend key Mumbai client meetings — first meets, strategy discussions, pitches and onboarding.
• Represent TOC in client meetings when the founder joins remotely.
• Research prospects, build lead lists and identify recent business opportunities.
• Network at industry events, PR forums, mixers and business gatherings.
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations, brand narratives, data and case studies.
• Own the BD-to-execution handover, ensuring clear expectations, documentation, SOWs and deliverables. ? Bonus Points
• Bring strategic thinking to client landscapes, business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Keep high-value prospects engaged through consistent follow-ups.
• Coordinate with content, design and strategy teams to bring pitches to life.
• Guide junior BD team members or interns. ? Extra Credit




• Independently lead small and mid-sized client meetings.
• Represent TOC at industry panels, networking forums and thought-leadership sessions.
