Role Description The Assistant Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role supports the Team Lead in overseeing daily operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that learning programs and projects are executed effectively and on schedule. Responsibilities include guiding team members, monitoring performance metrics, and providing feedback to maintain high-quality delivery of educational content and services.



The Assistant Team Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams such as product, content, and support to resolve issues, streamline processes, and enhance learner and educator experiences. The role also involves preparing reports, assisting in planning and implementation of new initiatives, and maintaining clear communication within the team and with stakeholders. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, coordinate tasks, and support performance management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, educators, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for collaboration, reporting, and workflow management; comfort working in an edtech or technology-driven setting is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, management, or a related field; experience in education technology, training, or academic operations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, maintain a learner-first mindset, and contribute positively to a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
