About ScribbldScribbld is an integrated digital marketing agency working with brands across categories to build strong digital strategies, content, campaigns and brand experiences. We're looking for a Creative Copy Lead who can think beyond just writing. Someone who understands brands, can build a strong point of view, lead a team of writers and turn briefs into communication that people actually want to engage with.

What you'll do
• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and content creators.
• Develop content and communication strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Write and oversee copy across social media, campaigns, websites, digital ads and other brand touchpoints.
• Build and maintain distinct brand voices and communication styles across multiple accounts.
• Review, edit and approve copy for clarity, creativity, accuracy and brand alignment.
• Create and refine creative briefs to give the team clear direction before execution.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute campaign ideas, content formats and storytelling directions.
• Work closely with Brand Solutions, Design, Video, Performance and Strategy teams to develop integrated brand communication.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines and client expectations.
• Manage multiple brands and projects while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Stay updated on social media formats, content trends, storytelling, SEO basics and platform behaviour.
• Give transparent, constructive feedback and help writers improve their thinking and craft. What we're looking for
• 3+ years of agency experience as a Copywriter, Senior Copywriter,



Content Lead or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates work across social media, campaigns, websites, digital advertising and brand communication.
• Ability to adapt writing across different brands, industries, audiences and tones.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling and content strategy.
• Ability to think conceptually and translate an idea into strong communication.
• Ability to lead, review and give constructive feedback to a team.
• Valuable understanding of content marketing and basic SEO principles.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
