& JOB RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE APPLYING. Pixel Pulse Media is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Digital Sales & Calling Agents to work across multiple business verticals, including:
• Insurance & Financial Services: Calling potential customers, explaining insurance products and generating conversions.
• B2B Sales: Connecting with businesses, generating leads and promoting business solutions.
• Education Consulting: Connecting with prospective students, explaining educational programmes and assisting with counselling and enrolment. ? Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Monthly

Salary:
₹10,000
• Additional: Performance
- based conversion bonus.
• Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home.
• Training: Daily product and sales training during the initial training period. ⏰ Working Schedule
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week.
•

Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Daily Reporting: Morning and evening reporting is mandatory.
• Training: Daily training sessions during the initial training period. ? Monthly Performance Target
• Minimum target: 3 successful conversions per month.
• Conversion-based performance incentives in addition to fixed salary.
• Regular follow-ups and lead management.





Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
• Explain insurance products, services and education programmes.
• Generate interest and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily calling records and update lead status.
• Share morning and evening performance reports.
• Participate in daily training and improve product knowledge and sales skills. Candidate Requirements
• Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and online communication tools.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working remotely.
