Role Description The Store Incharge role at Cholayil Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based at the Tada production location. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely stock replenishment. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and production teams, maintaining proper documentation,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role also involves implementing measures to prevent stock loss, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store area, and supporting internal audits and periodic stock checks. The Store Incharge will work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth supply chain operations and contribute to overall store efficiency and cost control. Qualifications
• Strong store management and inventory control skills, including experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention.
• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with production, procurement, logistics, and audit teams.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments, preferably in store or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work on-site in Tada, manage physical stock handling, and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
