Role Description The Procurement Executive role at Softaculous Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and preparing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels, track deliveries,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of goods and services. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing purchasing data to optimize costs, and supporting compliance with budget and quality standards. The role involves regular communication with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues, improve procurement processes, and support operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing and purchase management.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with purchase orders and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
