Role Description The Quality Survivor Electrical role is a full-time position based in Bengaluru South with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The role involves monitoring and inspecting electrical installations, automation systems, and related infrastructure to ensure they meet internal standards, client requirements, and relevant regulations. Daily work includes conducting quality audits at project sites, reviewing documentation and test reports, identifying non-conformities, and collaborating with project, design, and installation teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes preparing quality assurance reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives,



and communicating findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. The professional in this position is expected to maintain strong coordination with on-site technicians and engineers, while using data-driven insights to enhance overall system reliability and safety. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, assess risks, and support data-driven quality improvements.
• Quality Control experience in inspecting electrical installations, systems, and materials to ensure adherence to standards.
• Quality Assurance skills to develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and checklists for electrical and automation projects.
• Quality Auditing capabilities to conduct structured audits, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare clear reports, and interact with clients when required.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with knowledge of relevant codes and safety regulations.
• Experience in electrical projects, automation, or low-voltage systems (CCTV, fire alarms, networking) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site and remotely, manage multiple assignments, and maintain attention to detail under tight timelines.
