5–8 Years ABOUT HEALTHY MASTER Healthy Master is a growing FMCG and D2C brand specialising in healthy snacks, dry fruits, millet-based products and nutritious food options. We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead our financial operations, manage financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial Planning & Management
•
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans.
•
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial health.
•
• Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability and operating costs.
•
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
•
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Accounting & Financial Control
•
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
•
• Ensure accurate maintenance of ledgers, journals, balance sheets and P&L; statements.
•
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments.
•
• Establish internal financial controls and accounting processes.
•
• Manage bank reconciliations and financial audits.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance
•
• Ensure timely GST returns, TDS, TCS and income tax compliance.
•
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.
•
• Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
•
• Manage annual audits, tax audits and financial documentation.
• FMCG & E-commerce Financial Management
•




• Monitor product-wise profitability, gross margins and contribution margins.
•
• Analyse costs related to raw materials, packaging, manufacturing and logistics.
•
• Reconcile sales and settlements across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
•
• Monitor marketplace commissions, payment gateway charges, refunds and returns.
•
• Track inventory valuation, stock movement, wastage and expiry-related losses.
•
• Develop financial MIS reports for D2C and marketplace business channels.
• Working Capital & Cost Optimisation
•
• Manage working capital requirements and cash flow planning.
•
• Monitor inventory investment and cash conversion cycles.
•
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs.
•
• Optimise vendor payment cycles and customer collection processes.
•
• Evaluate financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• MIS & Management Reporting
•
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
•
• Provide business-wise, channel-wise and product-wise profitability reports.
•
• Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
•
• Present financial performance and key business metrics to management.
•
• Support management with financial analysis for expansion and investment decisions.
• Team Management
•




• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.
•
• Establish standard operating procedures for financial operations.
•
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, sales, HR and management teams.
•
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting across departments. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.
Com or equivalent qualification.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Previous experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail or E-commerce is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, SAP or other accounting software.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing audits, financial controls and MIS reporting. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
