We're Hiring: Head of Digital Marketing At Finessse Interactive, we’re looking for someone who can build digital strategies that deliver real impact, lead a high-performing team and help brands grow across digital channels. What you’ll be responsible for:
• Client performance: Achievement of agreed marketing and business KPIs.
• Account growth: Client retention, satisfaction, renewals, and revenue expansion.
• Campaign effectiveness: Improvements in lead quality, conversions, acquisition efficiency, and organic performance.
• Team performance: Productivity, quality of delivery, collaboration, and capability development.
• Business development: Contribution to pitches, new client acquisition, and agency growth.
• Operational excellence: Budget management, account profitability, resource utilisation, and timely delivery.
• Strategic leadership: Quality of planning, reporting, innovation, and data-driven decision-making Who should apply?




• 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership experience
• Strong strategic, analytical and client management skills
• Hands-on understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
