Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role located in Surat, focused on electronics and hardware-based solutions. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal engineering, production, and quality teams. The role involves managing expediting activities, monitoring logistics and inspection processes, and ensuring timely delivery of components and systems to project sites. The Project Manager will work closely with government stakeholders and vendors, track project progress against milestones, mitigate risks, and prepare regular status reports.



The position also requires adherence to safety and compliance standards, optimization of costs and timelines, and continuous improvement in project workflows and documentation. Qualifications
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and components.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control in electronics or hardware manufacturing environments.
• Logistics Management skills for handling supply chain coordination, vendor follow-up, and on-time dispatch.
• Background in electronics, electrical, or related engineering discipline (diploma or degree preferred).
• Experience managing projects in industrial, railways, defence, or infrastructure domains is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Surat.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
