Job Description – Application Support Engineer

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Application Production Support.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
- Good understanding of application monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic database troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle L1/L2/L3 production support issues.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including 24/7 support if required.

Preferred Skills: ITIL, ServiceNow, Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
