WE ARE HIRING – PIPE STRESS ANALYST (CAESAR II) We are looking for an experienced Pipe Stress Analyst with hands-on expertise in CAESAR II to join our engineering team. Position: Pipe Stress Analyst Mandatory Skill: CAESAR II

Experience:
Relevant experience in Pipe Stress Analysis Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II.
• Analyze piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional loads.
• Conduct static and energetic stress analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes.
• Select and design pipe supports and spring hangers.




• Interpret stress results and recommend design modifications.
• Prepare Pipe Stress Analysis Reports and supporting calculations.
• Review 3D piping models for stress and support requirements. Preferred

Experience:
• Supercritical Boilers and Thermal Power Plants.
• High-pressure and high-temperature piping systems.
